How we print your shirts Step 1: We print out your artwork on state of the art equipment in order to achieve the best possible print. Step 2: We expose a pre-coated light sensative screen using the correct mesh count in order to acheive a high quality print. Step 3: Once the screen is exposed it's time to wash out the unexposed stencil. Step 4: Next we carefully dry off the exposed screen and set-up the press Step 5: Once the press is set-up it's time to do a test print. Step 6: If the test print looks fine it's time to print the shirts. Step 7: After each shirt is printed they are ran through a conveyor dryer for about a minute. Each shirt must reach 320 degrees to ensure proper curing of the ink. Step 8: Once the shirts are finished we package and ship them straight to you!.
