If you have a copyrighted image and wish to use if for personalizing your item, please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release for your own records.  And copy me on the release. If you have a studio image that does not indicate who created the work and you are not aware who created the work, you may be able to claim that the work you are requesting is for "fair use," and that you are unaware, or are unable to contact the photographer. I won’t be responsible for a violation of copyright on your part (Buyer agrees to hold me harmless for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against me for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity).   2.      Review Proof You will receive a proof by e-mail within 48 hours of the submission of your photo and the text.  The proof and the actual print color might be different due to the lighting or your computer monitor.  If you are very particular about the color, you might not want to do this.  Send me an e-mail if there is any change you would like to make.  We will work together to make your invitation great!   3.      Payment I accept PayPal, Casher’s Checks or Money Orders.  Payment needs to be made within 7days of your proof approval.  Once I receive your payment, you cannot make changes on your invitation.   4.      Production Time After I confirm your payment, it will take 10-14 business days for a production.  Production time does not include shipping or mailing transit time.    5.      Shipping Cost and method.
