You will receive: 500 Customized Photo Invitations (10 X 7 folds to 5 X 7) -It will be printed on Premium 14pt Gloss Cover Stock -Scored for folding and shipped flat 500 Envelopes -Premium 24lb Bond How to order: 1. Submit your photo and text by e-mail Clear good quality photos will guarantee the best printing results. Submit a clear original, unedited photo that is at least four (4) megapixels or more. I will convert the picture into sepia color. I will also crop the picture to fit in the space. If you have any particular instructions, please let me know in the e-mail. Please also send me the text goes inside the card. Make sure there are no typos or mistakes. I respect and uphold the legal rights of photographers and image authors. If you have a copyrighted image and wish to use if for personalizing your item, please contact the photographer to request a signed copyright release for your own records. And copy me on the release. If you have a studio image that does not indicate who created the work and you are not aware who created the work, you may be able to claim that the work you are requesting is for "fair use," and that you are unaware, or are unable to contact the photographer. I won’t be responsible for a violation of copyright on your part (Buyer agrees to hold me harmless for all costs, expenses, attorney's fees or judgments resulting from any claims or lawsuit made against me for any grounds claiming that the work produced violates any copyright or proprietary right of any person or entity). 2. Review Proof You will receive a proof by e-mail within 48 hours of the submission of your photo and the text. The proof and the actual print color might be different due to the lighting or your computer monitor. If you are very particular about the color, you might not want to do this. Send me an e-mail if there is any change you would like to make. We will work together to make your invitation great! 3. Payment I accept PayPal, Casher’s Checks or Money Orders. Payment needs to be made within 7days of your proof approval. Once I receive your payment, you cannot make changes on your invitation. 4. Production Time After I confirm your payment, it will take 10-14 business days for a production. Production time does not include shipping or mailing transit time. 5. Shipping Cost and method. Shipping is FREE. Your invitations will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). 6. Returns Due to the personalized nature of this product, I cannot accept returns. Please make sure you understand everything and make everything clear before you make a payment. 7. Cancellation After you approve your proof, I cannot accept any cancellations.
