Once we get the unit we will send you an e-mail to notify you and test the unit, if the unit test ok and the lcd is the problem We will then send you a PayPal money request for $250 that’s the cost of the lcd installed and $19.95 for return shipping that via ups ground. That’s it folks that how easy it is to get that lcd fixed and did I mention it comes with 120 day warranty against manufacturers defect that docent mean that if the lcd gets broken again we will fix it for free, that is not covered in the warranty.
