Free, no travel costs if you are in Richmond, Virginia or NYC. Other locations you pay travel.                                  The price for antique quilt repair averages $ 200.     Quilt finishing averages $ 150. - $ 300. & up, depending on size, how unfinished & construction method chosen; simplest is usually best. A quilt top is one layer, typically pieced, usually squares, with open seams in back. You may have sections or blocks.
