Description
mytootmonkey store Custom Sewn Tee Shirt-Memory Quilt Payment arrangement: Send me 150.00 certified check, with your materials, and the balance when quilt is done. Great gift for Birthday's, Graduations, Anniversaries, Retirements, Travel, Fathers Day, Grandparents Day, Christmas, or any event or holiday. Please send me your 12 most favorite Tee Shirts, 4 yards of prewashed (and shrunken in the dryer) fabric, Flannel preferably. 4 yards of iron on light weight interfacing. I will supply the batting material. If there are any cute pockets or small sections of the tee shirt, such as a pocket logo, I will applique that on to the quilt too. The shirts are cut around a 13" pattern, so its best to send shirts with the design which would be suitable for this size. I have been sewing quilts like this for gifts and my own kids, and I decided to charge for my time. Everyone just LOVES them! I have been sewing all my life and had a leather business at one time, where I designed and produced leather bags and sheepskin coats. I can make, just about anything, from doll clothes to window treatments, and everything in between. The quilt is stitched around each square to hold the layers together. Finished Measurments: Approx. 65 x 80 I can make larger sizes too. My sewing room is in a non smoking home. I charge 300.00 plus shipping, and I can send you the photo by email when its all done. Please allow 1-2 weeks for construction, after I receive your materials. You will not be disapointed, I am a professional seamstress with over 35 years of experience.
