Ken has 44 years experience providing leases on everything from computers to aircraft; from bulldozers to x-rays. SAL COZZA is the President of Flexlease Financial www.flexleasefinancial.com, a company that specializes in vehicle leasing. Sal has 27 years experience providing leases on limousines, tow trucks, dump trucks, ambulances, school buses and more. Ken and Sal want to pass their knowledge on to you in a way that will make money for you and for them. They have created a joint venture that will give you all of the tools you need to be successful as a Lease Broker. It is not a training course but you will be trained. It is not a Franchise but there is a refundable investment. What is it ? You will come to Naples, Florida for basic training. You will stay at The Naples Beach Hotel (www.naplesbeachhotel.com) and sit in on intensive training designed to let you start making money as soon as you return home. Ken and Sal have purposely eliminated from the training, subjects that other courses teach but that you don’t have to know as a new Broker. Those subjects, while they are important, have nothing to do with your ability to make money. They will be a part of your ongoing training that will take place after you are home and making commissions. Every application; every approval and even every decline is an opportunity for you to learn…and we will teach you. Then you are learning by doing….not by theory. The three days that you are in Naples will be all about how do you make money as a Lease Broker and give you a formula to start making money quickly. After you return home, you will have access to our online password protected Bulletin Board that has over 300 posts on it discussing various leasing and marketing subjects. You can do a search if you have a question or post it and get a reply. The ongoing training is done while you are actually doing leases. You will have signed our Agency Agreement so if you have a lease application and don’t know where to send it, you can send it to us and we will place it for you. Our funding sources allow us to accept applications from Brokers who have signed our Agency Agreement. You keep 60% of the commission. Our average size lease is $50,000 and the usual commission is 10 - 15% so it would be $5,000 to $7500 and you get 60%. As you can see, you don’t have to do much business to make a good income. You are not obligated to send your applications to us but most funding sources (banks) do not do business with Brokers who have less than 2 years in the industry so you might have a problem on your own. After 2 years of working with Leasing Partners, we will introduce you to prime funding sources and give you a letter of recommendation just as we have done for others who have worked with us. You can be a Leasing Broker full or part time and work out of an office or your home. There is usually no travel involved and the only equipment you will need is a computer, a phone, a calculator and a fax machine. Leasing Partners has processing offices to handle your applications in Naples, Florida, West Palm Beach, Florida, Charlotte, North Carolina and Santa Clara, California. You will have full support and the ability to get help and / or advice when you need it. What Does it Cost ? The cost of the two day session in Naples is $5900 and includes two nights at the resort and three meals. If you want to bring a spouse or significant other (as a vacation), they only would pay for their own meals but if they wish to attend the training they would pay a $1000 additional fee. If you wish to extend your stay, you can make arrangements with the resort at preferred rates. You will receive a check from us for up to $350 as partial reimbursement for your airfare. Also included is 500 postcards that you can use for your first mailing to prospects and 500 mailing labels directed at industries and geographic areas we will help you choose. You will also get an additional 500 free labels every month for the following 6 months. If you want us to provide you with a web site that includes an online application form, there is an additional cost of $250. PLUS…..you can earn the $5900 back !! On every lease that you fund through Leasing Partners, you will get a credit equal to 1% of the cost of the equipment or vehicle. When you have funded a cumulative total of $590,000 , we will send you a refund check of $5900. Following our plan, you can realistically do this in several months. So you will have earned over $35,000 in commissions AND the return of your $5900. This is a unique opportunity; not only to get into the field of equipment leasing but to assure yourself of success.
