Description
Early American timber frame barns (hand hewn, mortise and tenon joints with wooden pegs), log homes, barns, schoolhouses and other buildings ready to reassemble on your property. Most original to Pa. and most are still standing. Included in cost of structure is tagging, printing, dismantling and loading for shipping. Very reasonable shipper available as well. In most cases, a structure includes the frame, floor joists and rafters and in some cases flooring, windows, doors, etc. All historic dating to at least 1850. All original. More structures available not shown in photos. Prices of structures range from $11K-$30K Currently we have 6 standing structures ranging in size from 30 * 30 ft. to 92 * 36 ft. If we do not have in inventory what you are looking for, we will try to locate it for you. Very reasonable shipping company available and reassembly services possible depending on location and time frame. We also have reclaimed, original flooring in white pine and yellow pine, barn siding, hand hewn beams, and a distressed, character grade red and white oak flooring.
