In today’s challenging times and the rapidly rising cost of living it is more important than ever for families and/or individuals to be better stewards of their finances. If you are a middle class family, or individual, living paycheck to paycheck and unable to save then I can likely help you. My way of helping you is not through asking you to read books or brochures. It is a one on one personal consultation where I analyze your income & expenses to devise an actual plan (via spreadsheet for example) that is best suited for your needs (Sort of like what Suze Orman does on TV except on a personal level and a lot more detailed). It is my belief that people are more likely to stick with the habit of effectively managing their finances if someone shows them what to do. You can buy books instructing you what to do but if you’re like most people, you will read it but likely not take the necessary steps towards doing it. I will show you how to create a budget on a month to month basis and even forecast forward to better prepare you for the unexpected expenses that can usually cripple a budget. I will show you how to start paying down debt and also start putting money away. All I need is 3-4 hours of your time for me to gauge your situation and make a budget as well as a plan for you and your family. If after our consultation you feel that your money would not be well spent for my advice then I don’t expect to get paid! I am very confident in my ability to help you solely based on my personal experience which I will be more than glad to share with you. People tend to have addictive personalities and being good with your money can get addictive just like any other habit once you realize what you’ve been doing wrong all this time and how being smarter about the way you look at things can make your life a whole lot easier, at least from a financial standpoint. My service does not promise early retirement, wealth creation, overnight elimination of debt or any other types of outlandish promises usually made by television and radio ads. I can promise you that if you’re serious about financial responsibility and looking for an end to paycheck to paycheck living and accrual of debt then I can show you how to achieve this goal. I know this because it happened to me! I am a regular “Joe” with a wife and child living on one middle class income and always able to pay my bills on time, save money and carry very little or no credit card debt. My fee is $150 for the initial consultation (Not to exceed 4 hours). If additional time or consultations are requested my charge is $40 an hour. Please note that this is not my full time job. I do this out of enjoyment of helping people. My time is worth something so I do charge a fair price to share my knowledge with you. If you live within a 25 mile radius of Charlotte NC city center then please give me a call. You will not be disappointed. Below is a brief list of what my services include: · Creation of your monthly budget based on your monthly household earnings and expenses (Budget is via Excel but can be done using other methods if required). · Analysis of your overall debt with specific advice and a plan on how to reduce/eliminate your debt (Depending on your situation this can be a long term plan). · Advice on ways to save money and how to make better decisions when making purchases on things such as insurance, purchasing a home or a car, credit cards, etc. · Most importantly my time spent with you will be an open dialogue session sharing my views and possible solutions for your situation.
