We shall send executive training material (in the form of MS-Office Power Point slides , i.e., ppt files) on three topics, namely, "Details of ISO9001: 2000 standard and certification process", "Statistical Techniques for Quality Management", and "Concept of Internal Quality Audit". Our consultant shall help the client choose a suitable certifying agency, provide advice on how to close the non-conformance observations that might be raised by the certifying agency during the pre-assessment and final assessment (certification audit).
